Celebrating Heritage
Celebrating Latino and immigrant heritage through two renowned festivals every year. Cinco de Mayo in May and Fiestas Patrias in September/October, drawing over 35,000 people from all walks of life and across the Midwest into South Omaha’s historic 24th Street district.
Economic Prosperity
Driving economic development in South Omaha, empowering small family-owned businesses and individuals from all backgrounds to thrive, contributing to the region's economic vitality, and creating a welcoming space for our diverse community.
Empowering
Future Leaders
Investing in youth through intern programs and scholarships, ensuring a brighter future for all across our region.
Preserving Omaha's History
Preserving the rich 100-year-old history and promoting tourism that further enhances the cultural vibrancy of Omaha.
Our Vision
Casa de la Cultura aspires to be the heart of cultural celebration in Omaha, where heritage is cherished, community is strengthened, and prosperity flourishes.
